QUESTIONS

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS PHOTOGRAPHY LARK?

I started studying photography at A-Level in 2008, I then went on to study BA Hons in Photography at Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2013! I photographed my first wedding the following year!

WE LOVE YOUR WORK, HOW DO WE BOOK?!

If you like the look of my images and style and are interested in securing me as your wedding photographer drop me an e-mail to check I have your date available, if so, I always offer a free consultation - this gives us chance to get to know one another and have a chat about your plans for the day! If then you would like to get booked in I take £300 deposit to secure the date and the remaining amount will be due 30 days before the wedding date. I would recommend securing your date as soon as possible, generally I take wedding bookings 1-2 years in advance.

WHEN + HOW CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE OUR PICTURES?

You should expect to receive your snaps 6 weeks after the wedding date, additional albums etc. can be ordered once you have received and seen your pictures and these usually take 4-6 weeks for design and production! Depending on which of my packages you go for, you will either receive your images in an online password protected gallery or on a USB. The files will be fully edited, high - resolution JPGs for you to use, print and distribute as you wish. I do offer wedding albums / print bundles / folio sets as additional extras just let me know if you would like to see my pricing guide.

HOW MANY PICTURES CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

It depends on which photography package you go for, but for my most popular classic package (all day coverage from bridal preparations through to the first dance - approximately 8 hours) I generally take around a few thousand snaps. These are then narrowed down by taking out any duplicates / out of focus blurry ones / Nanna with her eyes shut etc. so you should expect to receive anything from 500+ pictures.

WE ARE GETTING MARRIED FURTHER A-FIELD, DO YOU TRAVEL?

I love to travel and photograph weddings anywhere and everywhere! For UK weddings there is a milage fee for weddings over 40 miles from S25 postcode and this is charged at 40p per mile. Anywhere further than 2 hours travel time I ask that accommodation is provided, or I can book it myself, for the night before just to make sure I am there and ready on the morning of the wedding. I also photograph destination weddings, my normal packages apply, plus an additional fee to cover costs for flights / baggage / accommodation, this is all subject to the location and prices at the time of booking. 

WHAT IF YOU FALL ILL AND CAN'T ATTEND?

Remember I'm just as likely to fall ill on the day as you are, along with your make-up artist or registrar etc! .. If the worst does happen and I can't attend, I will check in with my awesome photography associates to see who may be available.
